Every enquiry is answered by the atelier, usually the same day and always within one working day. There is no sales team and no queue.

Useful, if you have it

Which piece you are drawn to, and whether you are weighing it against another. Where it would stand, and where the light comes from. Your city, and whether it must go above the ground floor.

None of that is required. A single line asking whether something is possible is a perfectly good place to begin, and we would rather hear from you early than tidily.

What we will tell you

Whether the piece suits the room, the floor and the access — including when the answer is that it does not. These are several hundred kilograms of stone, and we would rather lose a sale than be the reason a bathroom has to be rebuilt.

The price you see is the price delivered: freight, crating, insured transit and all US import duty are inside it. We are the importer of record, so nothing is ever payable at the border.

Beyond the contiguous states

Checkout serves the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, the US territories and every international address begin here instead — not because we will not ship, but because freight and duty differ enough that a guessed number would be worse than none.
