Every commission follows the same six steps. One dedicated account manager stays with you from first message to installed.
- Sourcing. We select and audit the partner workshops — established stone carvers who supply luxury hotels and private residences. You are never buying from an anonymous listing.
- Stone selection. We send you photographs of the actual blocks available from our suppliers. You choose the exact stone — veining and all — and we guide you through material, finish and dimensions for your room.
- Reservation. You approve a written quote and place a deposit. We hold the commission for 72 hours while we confirm block availability, workshop scheduling and the exact landed logistics for your address. Either of us may cancel in that window for a full refund.
- Production. Your block is carved by hand in the partner workshop over 14–22 weeks. We monitor progress and send you photographs at each phase — rough, refined, then the polished interior.
- Logistics. We crate, ship by sea, clear US customs and pay every import duty as the importer of record, and insure the piece in transit with named coverage. Nothing is payable on delivery within the United States.
- Delivery. White-glove delivery to your threshold by our specialist partners; full placement and rigging coordinated to your building. If anything is wrong, you refuse the delivery and we make it right.
