Sandstone the colour of late afternoon, built up in fine sedimentary bands by wind and water over an age. Honed to a matte hush, it carries the warmth of the desert it came from into the room. Soft to the eye, warm to the hand, and entirely one stone.

Made to order. The price includes crating, freight, transit insurance with the sum insured stated in writing on your order, and all US import duty and customs charges. Atelier Earthmade is the importer of record — nothing further is payable on delivery. Delivered to the ground-floor threshold within the United States; rigging and installation are not included.

Sandstone is porous and wants re-sealing every 12 to 18 months in use.

Ordering, cancellation and delivery. Your order is held for three days while we read the access, the floor and the route to your threshold, and confirm that plan to you in writing. Within 72 hours of payment clearing either of us may step back — you for any reason, us if the making or the logistics cannot be confirmed — with a full refund. After that window the block is bought and cut, and the commission is final unless we agree otherwise in writing.
