Please confirm floor loading. Filled and occupied, a stone vessel of this size is heavy; on a timber upper floor it usually needs checking. Have your architect or structural engineer confirm the floor before you order — we send the measured figures at no charge.

Made to order. The price includes crating, freight, transit insurance with the sum insured stated in writing on your order, and all US import duty and customs charges. Atelier Earthmade is the importer of record — nothing further is payable on delivery within the United States; rigging and installation are not included. We ship worldwide; outside the US, freight and duty are quoted for your country.

Ordering, cancellation and delivery. Your order is held while we assess access, floor level and the delivery route for your address, and confirm that plan to you in writing. Within 72 hours of payment clearing either of us may cancel — you for any reason, us if the making or logistics cannot be confirmed — with a full refund. After that window the block is bought and cut and the commission is final.
